NLRS Return & Shipping Policy

Refurbished/Used Radios

  • All Sales are Final.
    • We offer a 14-day return period only if the radio is found to be defective or not as described.
    • If a radio is defective or does not match the description, NLRS will provide a pre-labeled return shipping label.
    • This policy is subject to change at any time, for any reason, at the discretion of NLRS.

New Tait Radios

  • All Sales are Final.
    • Returns will only be accepted if the radio is defective or not as described at the time of purchase.
    • Defective radios will be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty process. NLRS will assist in this process but cannot accept returns outside of warranty claims.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Methods: NLRS ships via standard ground shipping unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping Times: Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, subject to product availability. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination.
  • Tait items may take up to 5 months from time of purchase. Typical times to customer have been around 5-10 weeks. 
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.
  • International Shipping: Currently, NLRS ships only within the United States.
  • Tracking: Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email for you to track the shipment.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please contact NLRS immediately so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
